Characterization and Effect of Thermal Annealing on InAs Quantum Dots Grown by Droplet Epitaxy on GaAs(111)A Substrates
We report the study on formation and thermal annealing of InAs quantum dots grown by droplet epitaxy on GaAs (111)A surface.
