Description
Summary:This dissertation investigates Co-leadership and attempts to probe the problems existing in merger that adopt co-CEO model. Leadership affects the success or failure of all kinds of organizations, but the complexity of today's business environment makes the leadership more and more challenging. Nobody now has all the skills and abilities that are becoming increasingly difficult to lead the organization. A review of the literature shows that although co-leadership has been in some form for centuries, research on this issue is still in its infancy. Studies have shown that the shared leadership is challenging, difficult to implement, and the common interests of co-leadership are always promising. All organizations should be mindful of considering co-leadership.
