The approach used in this book is industrial-based course; with emphasis on “how” to manage a small software development project. This include how to start the project, organize the resources, write down a project background, executive summary and project scope, develop project schedule, calculate and estimate project cost, analyse and prepare risk management plan, perform quality management and review, and closing the project.
At the end of this course, the student is expected to be able to produce a software development plan report or software project proposal report.
