description Background: Learning organisation is defined as an organisation, in which individuals optimally create potential to accomplish their preferred consequences. Team learning is considered as an important component that emphasizes the importance of learning organisation in firms. Moreover, organisational performance, organisational innovativeness and learning organisation are associated for addressing the excellence of an organisation. Purpose: The study intends to examine the impact of learning organisation on organisational performance based on corporate culture. Methods: The study has implemented qualitative analysis based on 20 interviewees. The sample is based on a total of 20 interviewees, who were selected on the basis of purposive sample. The selection of these participants is made due to the firm awareness and emphasis regarding learning organisation and organisational performance. The data analysis plan is based on thematic analysis where themes are formulated with respect to literature review. Results: The training environment is organized essentially in the workplace to motivate the employees and enhance their individual performance. Moreover, uncertain conditions of training are associated to the hindrance factors of organisational performance. Sharing and delivering of knowledge management allows employees to strengthen employee’s empowerment. The sharing and transferring of knowledge is significant for organizing the position of employees and their associated activities to surpass their capabilities. Effective use of talent management allows the organisation to deal appropriately with the strategies and objectives of a learning organisation. Conclusion: It is concluded that organisational learning can be characterized from teams and employees. Moreover, institutionalization of learning organisation can be approached by organisations as a part of their culture.
