Cyberjaya IT Helpdesk, Shell IT International - English Interactions Centralization

The case study runs analysis on the IT Helpdesk in Shell IT International in lieu of the current strategy to transit or move all English IT Helpdesk service to a centralized location in Cyberjaya located in the state of Selangor in Malaysia in 2006.
