Summary:Using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling, the results of this thesis demonstrated that meaningful work alone was not a silver bullet in alleviating job burnout and enhancing engagement, but instead required a complementary resource of psychological capital to effectively address the issue. This thesis offered new perspectives on how personal and job resources leveraged on one another within the same ecosystem to maximise employee potential and supporting them in managing job demands in workplace.
