Description
Summary:The objectives of this study were to identify the factors influencing patient satisfaction with orthopaedic outpatient clinic service using a ground up, inductive approach. A five factor model is proposed incorporating three interpersonal factors (communication, expectation, therapeutic relationship) and two environmental factors (clinic wait time, clinical contact time). The results of this study will inform the clinical practice of both orthopaedic clinicians and physiotherapists acting in triage roles.
