| Summary: | The major purpose for this research was to examine a student-centered approach to self-reporting using the assessment for learning process in an e-Portfolio. The key principles of effective assessment as outlined in the New Zealand Curriculum are investigated as used by a New Zealand primary school to report student progress and achievement on-line. Perceptions from students, teachers and parents were collected using both qualitative and quantitative data from focus group interviews, surveys and questionnaires. |
