| Summary: | Utilising ICT, this study evaluates a programme where primary students' writing was emailed to parents for them to become an authentic audience for the work. Adopting a mixed methods approach, it examines the impact on student attitude and achievement and classroom learning environment, using the WIHIC and TROFLEI instruments. Results indicated that the programme positively impacted student attitudes towards writing while providing more limited impact on achievement and classroom environment. |
