Structural, electrical and magnetic properties of BiFe1-xYxO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.6) ceramics
The effect of Y substitution on the microstructure, dielectric, magnetic and leakage current properties of BiFe1-xYxO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.6) ceramics was investigated.
