| Summary: | The purpose of conducting this study to analyze the existing design and ergonomic factor of waiting chair at the Kuching International Airport (KIA). The studies will identify problems experienced by the user while waiting during flight delayed. At the end of the studies, researcher will propose a new design of waiting chair which emphasizing on the suitability, durability and other features that relate to human factor of the design. |
