Knockdown of TMEM14A expression by RNAi inhibits the proliferation and invasion of human ovarian cancer cells
TMEM14A was overexpressed in ovarian cancer tissues compared with normal tissues. TMEM14A could regulate cell behaviour including cell proliferation, cell cycle transition and cell invasion. Moreover, GSEA analysis revealed that TMEM14 was correlated with cell cycle and metastasis pathways.
