The MHC I immunopeptidome conveys to the cell surface an integrative view of cellular regulation
Quantitative mass spectrometry reveals changes in the peptides presented by major histocompatibility complex class I molecules when the mTOR pathway is perturbed. These data show that the immunopeptidome is plastic and provides information on the internal state of the cell.
