Laparoscopic Adrenalectomy for Bilateral Metachronous Aldosteronomas
Aldosterone-producing adenoma can present months to years after adrenalectomy in the contralateral adrenal gland. Laparoscopic adrenalectomy may be the procedure of choice for this pathology.
