The fabrication cost of a micro mold insert by this technique will be 20% of the cost when produced by the LIGA process. 2000 Conference or Workshop Item PeerReviewed application/pdf en http://irep.iium.edu.my/27305/1/070_ICM_2000_BUET_285-291.pdf Ali, Mohammad Yeakub and Hung, Wayne N.P.
