This needs a comprehensive strategy to gain benefit from holistic integrated information systems. In implementing the concepts, the Zachman framework has been used to be adapted to a case of KUSZA. This is due to the framework's ability to ensure all aspects of an organization are well organized. It also reveals clear relationships that will ensure a complete systems regardless of the order in which they are established. In this study, the approach has been applied to the three systems in SISMAK that is Sistem Pendaftaran Kursus, Sistem Asrama, Sistem Akaun Pelajar. Applying the framework can determine problems such as minimized sharing of database, did not update data regularly, information amendments without following the task procedure, lack of awareness in computerization infrastructure, documents are not organized as well, IS designing are not considering the evolution of computerization technology. Based on the problems, few suggestions have been made according to the Zachman framework.
