    “…Cronbach Alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the instrument.An Alpha value of 0.85 was obtained.Data collected for the study were analysed using descriptive of mean and standard deviation.Findings revealed a positive effect of intrinsic motivation on teachers while extrinsic motivation shows negative effect on teachers in the schools.Further suggestions were made to focus on motivational policies of teachers in telangana schools.…”
