In achieving the objective, the writer hereby seeks to deal with the following matters : (a) An outline and review of the control of land use and development procedures under the NLC, i.e. categories, conditions, restrictions in interest, conversion, subdivision, partition, amalgamation, surrender, and surrender and realienation of land. (b) Why the need for "categories", "condition", "restriction in interest", "conversion", "subdivision", "partition", "amalgamation", "surrender", and "surrender and realienation of land"? (c) Legal implication for non-compliance with the land use planning and development procedures.
