To achieve that, the management of hotels not only has to provide the best services, but also has to manage the facilities of hotel in the best condition so that the customers can enjoy using it. Because of that, facilities management is expected can be applied in hotel management for managing the facilities. However, the management’s perspective and understanding had been the important factor for determining the applicable of facilities management. So,To prove the applicable of facilities management, this research had been carried out to identify the perspectives of the management of hotels about facilities management. The perspectives of the management of hotels had been chosen as the key to identify the applicable of facilities management because it can be used to determine whether the concept of facilities management can be accepted by the management of hotels or not. From the research, it had been found out that the perspective of the management of hotels were good. Due to that, a suggestion for the application of facilities management in hotel management was also been made in this research. |
