Antioxidative activity of cinnamtannin B1 from Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume was investigated. Antioxidants assay were carried out using lipid peroxidation by ferric thiocyanate (FTC) and DPPH radical scavenging analyzed with ultraviolet spectroscopy and electron spin resonance spectroscopic methods....
