description In today’s growth of modern society, modern and “smart” infrastructure is responsible for the most important services inside the campus. Learning environments were so ‘traditional’ back then and it is time for change. What exactly makes a campus “smart”? At the highest level, Smart Campus is about connecting devices, software and people to enable new experience or services and increase operational efficiency [1]. When people, devices and applications on campus share a common technology infrastructure, they can interact with each other to enable experiences and efficiency that were not possible before. It helps students to engage more easily and deeply with campus life. In the other hand, traffic congestion is one of the serious problems especially in the city, the school district and not least in the university area..
