中国过渡时期书信体时论研究（1898-1919）: A study of epistolary essays in China’s transitional period (1898-1919)

书信体时论，顾名思义是以书信文体书写，在报章上发表的时事议论文章。书信原先仅作为私人关系中的表达，然而随着清末民初新型报章的出现，开始渐渐通行于各大报章的栏目，其中报章设有通信栏，促使了大量的书信体时论出现。书信体时论撰写的场域变化，从私人进化为群体的互动关系，其书写目的亦不如同私信，而是作为一种报章教导国民的媒介。书信体游走于公与私之间，从一八九八年戊戌政变失败后至五四运动期间，特别是辛亥革命前十年与五四运动前五年，知识人全情投入，化私为公对于国家“救亡图存”讨论尤为激烈。书信时论以导民为目标，其书写特性亦向时代与读之间的需求转变：情感上以凝聚国民为主、议论上以说服国民为要。...
