description This research applied theory of planned behavior to determine the major dimensions which is education, entrepreneurial disposition, family support, family background and individual entrepreneur orientation that will affect the entrepreneurial intention of female final year student. The reasons that using theory of planned behavior is because there have some previous studies mentioned that this is the most appropriate theory used to determine intention. Furthermore, this study based on primary data which collected from questionnaire which distributed to a sample of 210 female final year students in university. The person correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and normality test is used to evaluate the collected data. Thus, the results show that education (E), entrepreneurial disposition (ED), family support (FS), individual entrepreneur orientation (IEO) support relationship between entrepreneurial intention of female final year students. However, the family background has not supported relationship between entrepreneurial intention of female final year students. These findings can provide valuable idea for Malaysia government when planning to increase numbers of female entrepreneur.
