中国传统习惯法在马来亚华人社会的移植与践履（1877-1957)
在马来西亚，尽管多族群人种混在一起，却依然能保留各自的文化，各族群有风格各异的宗教、思想、文化、语言和行为方式。华人大多延续了中国传统文化、风俗习惯、礼仪往来等，特别是表现在华人社会组织内部的秩序、规则、规范乃至价值观，有许多与中国相像或者相同之处。这一现象引发如下思考：华人南迁马来西亚，是依靠什么内在力量和规范在新的社会凝聚团结？依照怎样的组织和秩序规范在马来西亚落地生根？华人移民前后所处的社会组织形态之间有什么关联？华人文化的韧性和生命力背后是什么？作者认为“习惯法”也许是回答上述问题的可能线索之一。本文试图以华人移民马来西亚并形成华人社会、华人文化为出发点，探讨华人社会中的“乡礼”文化及...
