The components that will be investigated in this study are the relationships between the working environment, supervisor supports, compensation, and work-life balance towards employee retention. There are various past research and new data that obtain from other researchers and the respondents. In this research, the focus will be on the factors that affected the rate of employee retention, and it will show the result of how each independent variable affecting the dependent variable. This research conducted multiple analysis to obtain the results. Those data are collected from respondents through distributing survey questionnaires to more than 150 respondents. Besides, there was several recommendations provide for future research and limitation that had faced in this research study in the end of this paper. There is include an example of survey questionnaire attached at the end of the paper which is used to collect data in this research.
