The M-doped (M = Fe, Co or Ni) thin films deposited on FTO substrate were prepared from AACVD process with dual precursors of [(ƞ 5 -Cp)Mo(SMe)2]2 (2) (Cp = C5H5) and Cp2M in THF under Argon at 550 °C in 20 min.
