In contrast, toxic leader attempts to damage the organisation culture that lead to ethical climate and higher the workplace deviance in the organisation. This study is thus conducted to determine the relationship between leadership behaviour and workplace deviance. The results of this study will provide valuable managerial implications and provide more insight onto the literature of workplace deviance. |
