Across-sectional study was conducted to determine the risk factors of job-related depression in laboratory technicians in Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (HUSM) and Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia(KKM) Hospitals in Kelantan, between September 2001 and February 2002.
