Sungai Kerayong catchment was selected as an experimental urban catchment in order to study the runoff generation processes in tropical climate. The study sets three objectives, the first is to establish a reliable relationship between rainfall and runoff; the second is to estimate the percentage of impervious surface and compared
the estimate with result from the rainfall-runoff correlation, and the third objective is to estimate the time of concentration of the catchment.
