description The purpose of this study is to find the comparison in data between the wheelchair user and physically active. Several 15 journals were chosen from year 2010-2021 from the initial number 442. From this research, we find that physically active people have a better range of motion, reaction time and flexibility compared to wheelchair users. It is also proven that with training, the wheelchair users can increase their range of motion, flexibility and balance ability. The exclusion criteria for this review are those with diseases will be excluded. We hope in future, much more journals and research will be conducted on wheelchair users. With the data, we can guide them to improve their movement and produce a more active lifestyle.
