The optical and electrical properties of the sputtered ITO films were characterized by Ultraviolet–Visible Spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Hall Effect Measurement and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). Varying the substrate RF sputtering power affected surface roughness, resistivity and transmittance values. |
