According to Warren Bennis(1984), managers are people who do things right, while leaders are people who do the right tiling. This means that managers do things by the book and follow company policies, while leaders follow their own intuition, which may in tum be of more benefit to the company. A leader is more emotional than a manager. To be an effective leader, our people must have trust ill us and they have to be sold on our vision.
