The turning point during rapid development in the hotel business was when the hotel proprietors rented the hotel premise to other business operators in the hotel premise in order to provide more facilities to the customers. This paper focuses on this legal issue and examines the duties of tenant and landlord in the hotel set-up using the qualitative research methodology.
