Sintesis dengan menggunakan kaedah penyinaran gelombang mikro adalah untuk mendapatkan nanorod ZnO. This work focus on the fabrication and performance characterization of hybrid (ZnO nanorod/P3HT:PCBM) and organic solar cell (P3HT:PCBM). For hybrid solar cell, material such as regioregular 3 - hexylthiophene - 2 , 5 – diyl (P3HT) (donor material), zinc oxide (ZnO) (acceptor material) and fullerene [ 6,6 ] phenyl C61 acid butyric methyl ester (PCBM) (acceptor material) was used.
