Effects of heat-moisture and alkali treatment on the enzymatic hydrolysis of porous sago (Metroxylon sagu) starch
Pretreatment(s) of heat-moisture treatment (HMT) and alkali treatment was tested for the enzymatic hydrolysis of sago (Metroxylon sagu) starch.
