Sensing mechanism of an optimized room temperature optical hydrogen gas sensor made of zinc oxide thin films
Using the radiofrequency (RF) magnetron sputtering method, zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films were optimized for the optical hydrogen gas sensor at 27 °C.
