Immobilization of uricase onto graphene oxide was done by using two different methods, physical adsorption and also chemical modification of the surface of graphene oxide by using N’-(3-(dimethylamino)propyl)carbodiimide (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) as cross-linkers.
