An organic solvent-stable alkaline protease from Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain K: enzyme purification and characterization

The organic solvent-tolerant strain K protease was purified to homogeneity by ammonium sulphate precipitation and anion exchange chromatography with 124-fold increase in specific activity.
