Fiber optical parametric amplifier with dispersion flattened photonics crystal fiber as a gain medium
A fiber optical parametric amplifier utilizing single continuous wave pump is demonstrated. Gain medium used for parametric amplification is a 50 m long dispersion flattened photonics crystal fiber.
