Pectinolytic and cellulolytic enzyme production by Colletotrichum capsici (Syd.) butler & bisby
Using maceration and viscometric tests, culture filtrates and extracts of infected chilli fruits by Colletotrichum capsici were tested for pectinolytic and cellulolytic enzyme production.
