Encapsulation of multi-enzymes on waste clay material: preparation, characterization and application for tapioca starch hydrolysis
Alpha-amylase, glucoamylase and cellulase were immobilized onto calcium alginate-waste clay (alg-WC) beads by using encapsulation technique.
