Enzymatic synthesis of phenyl fatty hydroxamic acids from canola and palm oils
Phenyl fatty hydroxamic acids (PFHAs) were synthesized from canola or palm oils and phenyl hydroxylamine (FHA) catalyzed by Lipozyme TL IM or RM IM.
