Optimisation of protoplast isolation protocols using in vitro leaves of Dendrobium crumenatum (pigeon orchid)

Protoplast isolation from in vitro leaves of Dendrobium crumenatum was carried out. Factors affecting protoplast isolation, sorbitol concentration, enzyme combinations and concentration and incubation time for isolation were studied.
