Key challenges such as compatibility with human rights standards, Interpretation and Consensus, adaption of modern legal framework, educational reform, societal acceptance, and the role of state institutions are examined. The study aims to contribute to the ongoing discourse on the harmonization of Islamic criminal law with the existing legal framework, shedding light on the complexities and potential solutions in steering this complex environment. |
