In Malaysia’s healthcare setting, a variety of procedures and practices for managing safety, health, and emergency management are implemented to ensure the comfort and protection of hospital personnel, patients, and visitors. The presence of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) hazards pose a grave risk to the health and well-being of healthcare personnel in Malaysia. The aim of this review article is to draw attention to practical implications and provide a thorough summary of the literature on CBRN hazard management in Malaysian healthcare.
