Lipase from Candida rugosa was immobilized by entrapment on poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone-co-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) [poly(VP-co-HEMA)] hydrogel, cross-linked with ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA).
