This study aims to examine the Level of Knowledge, Skills and The Problems in the Implementation of Online Learning for Oral Skills Among Malay Language Pre-service Teachers. Therefore, the sample size in this study consists of 80 respondents who are students in Bachelor of Malay Language Education, Faculty of Educational Studies, University Putra Malaysia. The design of the study is in a descriptive survey. Online questionnaire forms are used to collect the information from respondents. The total mean for the level of knowledge was 4.48 and the standard deviation value was 0.697. The total score of mean and standard deviation for skill level were 4.53 and 0.605. Lastly, the total score of mean and standard deviations for the implementation of online learning problems were 4.25 and 0.793.
