Isolation and Identification of Bacillus cereus s.l. From Ready-to-eat Cereals
Bacillus cereus is a soil inhabitant gram positive bacterium, but can also be found in raw or cooked starchy foods, such as the highly-processed ready-to-eat (RTE) foods.
