Summary:This study aims to determine the perception of mentees on the effectiveness of mentoring system in Faculty of Economic and Business (FEB). This study also examines the relationship between demographic factors and perception towards mentoring system in academic achievement, personal development and career planning.This research is using quantitative research method that is survey questionnaire. 67 respondents were chosen that from FEB second year and third year student at UNIMAS using Luck, Taylor and Robin (1987) formula. SPSS version 12.0, which is T-test and ANO VA, is used to analyze the data. The findings of the research showed that there are no significant relationships between the demographic factors and mentees’ perception on the effectiveness of mentoring system in terms of academic achievement, personal development and career planning.
