data obtained, descriptive statistical method is used to measure the frequencies and percentage
of the
demographical factors which are gender, age and race. Inferential statistical
method such as Pearson

orrelation is used to analyze the hypotheses of
the

tudy; the relationship between the Big

Five
personality and
the
helping skills. Findings of th
e study show that t
here are relationships between

greeableness personality and exploring skills,
C
onscientiousness personality
with
action skills and
E
motional stability personality
with
action skills.
There are however
,
no relationship between
E
xtrovert
personality
with
insight skills,
exploring skills and action skills,
between
A
greeableness
personality
with
insight skills and action skills,
between
C
onscientiousness personality
with
insight
skills and exploring skills,

ality
with
